HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

Contact us by the following email or direct message us on instagram and we will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know the next steps. We will need your name order number and the reason for your return/exchange.

30 day refund policy
You have 30 days to return your item, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition they were delivered in. We will issue you with a pre paid label to return your unwanted items. Once the order has been returned to us, your order will be refunded in full.

Drop System Queries
With our shop working on a drop system with small quantity of stock per item, your size or product may have sold out since your order was placed.

If this happens we can issue you with store credit, in which you can use on Kookville vouchers, in stock products or save for future drops

Alternatively we can issue a full refund if your product is returned to us within 30 days of the order being placed, and the steps above have been completed.

Lost Missing or Stolen Orders

Using third party businesses like Royal Mail to deliver our products to you, we have to put our trust in someone else. It's not something that happens often, but missing orders happen. In the event of this happening please email us with your order number, on the above email address where we'll help investigate the situation further.
